Idag går Torbjörn Westman i pension efter nästan 40 år med Camerata Nordica.
Under fyra decennier har Torbjörn varit en del av orkesterns historia och medverkat i ett stort antal konserter, i Kalmar och på turnéer.

🇬🇧 Today Torbjörn Westman retires after nearly 40 years with Camerata Nordica.
Over four decades Torbjörn has been part of the orchestra’s history and taken part in a great many concerts, both in Kalmar and on tour.
Thank you, Torbjörn, for your many years with us. We wish you all the best for the future!

From a handful of babies to a 6,500-seat hall, by way of a sold-out debut at Carnegie Hall, a concert at House of Sweden in Washington, DC, and many other wonderful places.
Thank you to every venue, promoter and audience. It is always such a pleasure to share music with you.
Thank you also to the students and young musicians we met through outreach and masterclasses. Meeting the next generation is at the heart of what we do.
See you again in January!

We are heading across the Atlantic for a week of concerts, masterclasses, outreach and new encounters, from New York and Washington, D.C. to North and South Carolina.
Along the way, we’re looking forward to performing at @carnegiehall , House of Sweden @swedeninusa , @dukearts @northgreenvilleuniversity and @bjuedu , as well as meeting young musicians, students, audiences and friends of Camerata Nordica throughout the tour.
A wonderful opportunity to share music, make new connections and continue building bridges across the Atlantic. 🇸🇪🇺🇸
